Hi! We are OutTrippin.

We're a crew of glomads on a mission to make kickass travel experiences, as recommended by real travel experts, into bookable trips.

Kunal Kalro - Founder & CEO

From: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Claim to fame: Maker of the best Hummus on this side of the Atlantic

The former management consultant is a long way from the safe & comfortable life left behind for a glomadic lifestyle. Now, he does whatever it takes to keep the coffee flowing and the internet running at the OutTrippin HQ. On a related note, "Sheikh Yerbooty" is now available for booking for bachelorette parties, birthdays, weddings and corporate events. When he does keep his clothes on, his wardrobe vaguely resembles a triple-rainbow and he has singlehandedly kept Sriracha in business in the LATAM since 2011.

Indi June - Co-founder, CMO & Resident Blogger

From: Wellington, New Zealand
Claim to fame: Can dismantle a bicycle in 180 seconds

In her past life, Indi wrote award-winning, ridiculously-expensive ads for agency heavyweights: BBDO, Ogilvy & Publicis. Then she woke up one day, invented a crowd-sourced travel blog and let her 20,000 followers vote where she went as she cycled through 3 continents and 11 countries, telling stories of the places and faces she randomly encountered. Then she woke up on a different day, decided that wasn't quite crazy enough, and let Kunal convince her to park the bike and join the OutTrippin team.

team-joao
João Valente - Co-founder & CTO

From: Arouca, Portugal
Claim to fame: Has never lost a game of Monopoly

Before OutTrippin, João spent his time introducing the internet and digital technology as tools for learning to primary schoolers in Chile, some of whom had never interacted with computers in their lives. Now he codes like a boss and obsesses over usability at our HQ. If it's on our site and it works, he has something (everything) to do with it. When he's not coding, he plays 8 musical instruments in a philharmonica band, makes a bomb-ass cheesecake and hoards board games no one's ever heard of.
